    Janet Kirch, Award-Winning Speaker and Author

    Janet Kirch has helped business professionals worldwide become better leaders and managers.   She’s passionate about her work and will keep you revved up with her enthusiastic and fun speaking style.

    With her Bachelor and Master of Arts in Human Resource Management, her 25 years in managing people in the transportation and travel industry, her teaching in the human resource field for 11 years, and as a business owner, she knows what it takes to handle tough people issues.

    And yes, she even rides her own motorcycle.  She's well known as Moti Diva, a motivational speaker on Harley wheels, is regularly featured in Rumble Magazine, and enjoys the open road every chance she gets.
